By downloading, installing, and using tetoOS or any other product from MOEDEV PROJECT, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions stated below.
SECTION 1: PRIVACY POLICY
1. User Data Security
MOEDEV PROJECT is fully committed to safeguarding your privacy. We never inject malware, keyloggers, or any scripts intended to collect, track, or steal your personal data, documents, passwords, or browsing history.
2. Telemetry & Tracking
tetoOS is engineered with privacy and performance as top priorities. Most built-in tracking features (telemetry) have been disabled or stripped to guarantee ultra-lightweight execution and ensure your data strictly remains on your device.
3. Bug Report Usage
If you submit error or bug reports to our CS team in official community groups, technical information provided (such as PC hardware specifications and error screenshots) will be used solely by the development team for troubleshooting and OS updates.
SECTION 2: COMMERCIAL TERMS & LICENSE USAGE
tetoOS is distributed strictly FREE of charge (Freeware) to the community. Consequently, MOEDEV PROJECT enforces strict rules regarding commercialization:
For computer technicians and service specialists, you are PERMITTED to install tetoOS for clients. Any fee charged to clients must strictly reflect labor/service costs for time, installation expertise, system configuration, and driver setup.
You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from monetizing or selling intellectual works of MOEDEV PROJECT in any form. Violations include:
- Selling ISO Files: Selling download links or raw tetoOS installation files.
- Selling Bootable USB Drives: Loading our OS onto USB drives / physical media and selling them as commercial products marketed as "premium custom OS".
If any party is found selling tetoOS ISO files or bootable USB drives, MOEDEV PROJECT will take immediate and decisive action:
- 1. Mandatory Takedown (reporting and removing content/storefronts on host e-commerce platforms).
- 2. Financial indemnity claims for breach of community works.
- 3. Permanent blacklist from all moedev ecosystems, support, and community groups.
SECTION 3: DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Modification Risks (Use at Your Own Risk)
tetoOS is a modified custom operating system. By using it, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for all potential outcomes. MOEDEV PROJECT is not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or system errors caused by incorrect installation procedures.
2. Third-Party Distribution
We take no responsibility for tetoOS files acquired outside official channels (such as third-party re-uploads). Always verify download links provided within official moedev groups to prevent files tampered with malicious software.
